If someone who is threatening you has access to your e-mail account, they can read your incoming and outgoing e-mails. If you want your account to be secured against unauthorised access, use a password that is not easy to guess. Preferably a combination of letters and numbers.<\/p>\n
If you receive e-mails from someone with threats or harassment, print them out so you have evidence in case of an emergency.<\/p>\n

History\/cache<\/b>
Your Internet browser stores information, data and graphics from the websites you visited last. So that other people cannot track these, delete the data stored using your browser\u2019s settings.<\/p>\n
Internet Explorer<\/b>
Click on the menu \u201cOptions\u201d. Click on \u201cDelete browsing history\u201d, select the files to be deleted (it\u2019s best to mark them all) and then click on \u201cDelete\u201d.<\/p>\n
Netscape<\/b>
Click on the menu \u201cEdit\u201d, select \u201cSettings\u201d, then \u201cNavigator\u201d and click on \u201cDelete history\u201d. Then select \u201cExtended\u201d, \u201cCache\u201d and click on \u201cDelete memory cache\u201d.<\/p>\n
Mozilla Firefox<\/b>
Click on the menu \u201cExtras\u201d, then on \u201cDelete latest chronic\u201d. Here you can select whether to delete \u201cToday\u2019s chronic\u201d, the \u201cLast hour(s)\u201d or \u201cEverything\u201d. Then click on \u201cDelete now\u201d.<\/p>\n
Despite these notes, it is possible that your tracks are not entirely erased. Many browser types have other ways to save and display the websites visited. <\/p>\n
It is therefore safest to access Internet information in a public place (e.g. Internet caf\u00e9, at your workplace, or at a person you trust). <\/p>\n
